Configuration
Each unit includes one test host,
two thermocouples,
one aluminum sample,
one thermal insulation barrel,
one retaining plate,
one thermal grease.
Maintanence
1. Clean the surface of the heating plate and the heat plate before use. Wipe the two ends of the sample and apply a small amount of silicone oil. To ensure good contact.
2. During the experiment, if you remove the hot plate, you should turn off the power first. When removing the hot cylinder, the hand should hold the fixed shaft to prevent the hand from being burned.
3. After the experiment is over, cut off the power and keep the measurement samples. Do not scratch both ends of the specimen and affect the accuracy of the experiment. When the number of digital thermometers is unstable, check whether the contact of the thermocouple and each link is good.
4. When handling and placing the instrument, strong vibration and shock should be avoided.
5. When the instrument is not used for a long time, please put on a plastic bag to prevent the humid air from contacting the instrument for a long time. The air humidity in the room should be less than 80%.
6. When using the instrument, avoid places with strong magnetic field sources around.
7. When it is used for a long time after it is not used for a long time, please use it after preheating for 30 minutes.
